Project C - New Strategic Headcount This is a strategic move to recruit a candidate to work as Architect role for Project C - Hikvision implementation. This is to execute HKT tactic and secure HKT position in Project C in mid 2025. The current Project C is under HKT with the total contract amount of more than $300M till end 2025.

Starting from mid 2025, another tender shall be released for Year 2026, with recruitment of the Architect, it is to strengthen our competitive edges and execute our tactic to secure another $300M for Year 2026.

Apart from Project C, this architect will enable current HKT's CCTV team on Hikvision skill for other mega ELV/CCTV project.
This headcount cost will be charged fully to Project C. The budget will be $1M~ $1.2M for this candidate recharge.
