Senior Manager, Vendor Management Digital Transformation

The role is responsible for driving the automation and optimization of vendor management processes, transforming manual workflows into streamlined digital systems. This position leads to the design and implementation of advanced reporting and dashboard solutions to provide real-time insights into vendor performance, spending trends, and key business metrics, supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

Your Role

• Lead the automation of vendor management workflows by transitioning manual processes into efficient digital systems
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reporting tools to deliver actionable insights on vendor performance, spending patterns, and key metrics
• Collect, analyze, and manage vendor-related data including spending, trends, and performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with IT and solution architecture teams to design and implement scalable data migration and visualization solutions
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of vendor data throughout the automation lifecycle
• Support strategic decision-making by providing comprehensive data analysis and trend forecasting
• Generate actionable insights for SMT and stakeholders through advanced data visualization
• Facilitate adoption of automated tools through training and effective change management within the vendor management team
• Monitor ongoing system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in vendor management processes

To Succeed in this Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in vendor management, data management, or IT roles, with a strong emphasis on process automation
• Relevant certifications in project management or data analytics are advantageous
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing, designing, and managing data migration initiatives, coupled with the development of automated reporting and dashboard solutions
• Proven ability to translate manual workflows into digital platforms or equivalent workflow management tools, enhancing operational efficiency and data accuracy
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration encompassing IT, procurement, and business stakeholders and stakeholder management skills, effective across multicultural and global environments
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and change management best practices
