Senior Manager, Business Development and Contract Management
Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development and manage contracts from initial customer enquiry through to deal closure.

Identify and drive new opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Voice and Mobility business.

Prepare and deliver management and financial reports as required.

Ensure achievement of business KPIs, including revenue, gross margin, and accounts receivable targets.

Develop standardized contract templates and streamline the review process.

Support contract management by reviewing non-standard agreements, coordinating with internal teams for input, and liaising with sales for revisions.

Conduct commercial deal reviews and manage submissions for approval.

Oversee and optimize service order processes through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Analyze EBITDA performance, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
-
8 years of working experience in international communications products
-
Good understanding of international telecom network especially voice, cloud numbering, A2P SMS, IoT and IPX services

Good understanding of local and international telecom regulatory requirements and framework an added advantage

Team orientated person, with a focus on international telecom business
-
Good command in oral and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with strong inter-group action and communication skills with different international groups
