Senior Learning & Development Executive
Your Role
- Support end-to-end learning and development activities, including training needs analysis, programme coordination, course development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Support AI enablement programme by coordinating learning initiatives, promoting the adoption of AI tools, and assisting in the development of AI-related learning solutions and resources.
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools to enhance learning effectiveness, learner engagement, and personalized learning experiences.
- Manage and continuously improve the eLearning platform, including content development, maintenance, regular review, and user support.
- Develop engaging learning materials and digital content, including visual, presentation, and video-based learning resources.
- Coordinate learning programmes and related logistics, including scheduling, enrolment, communications, and reporting.
- Support talent development initiatives such as the Graduate Development Program and other assigned learning projects.
- Assist in employee engagement or team-based learning activities as required.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
To Succeed in this role
- University graduate with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
- Hands-on experience in training delivery, programme coordination, or learning and development is an advantage.
- Experience in eLearning content development and AI-based learning tools is highly desirable.
- Exposure to AI enablement, digital learning, or technology adoption initiatives is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Fast learner with a strong passion for AI, digital learning, and emerging technologies.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Relevant skills and practical knowledge in AI tools and digital content development.
- Experience in using Canva, iSpring, or other AI tools for visual and video content development is an advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
