Senior Human Resources Executive

Your role

The successful candidate will act as a business partner to designated account(s) and provide a full range of professional HR services in driving business objectives and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include manpower planning, recruitment and selection, rewards management, performance management, employee relations, etc.

 

  • Support the entire employee lifecycle e.g. performance management process, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and employee development etc.
  • Add value to the business processes and operations, and provide advices to managers on people matters.
  • Provide support in talent and performance management and retention by working closely with HR COE teams to drive business outcomes and implement related initiatives.
  • Build and foster trusted relationships with managers and leaders to ensure human capital efforts are aligned to business strategies.
  • Conduct data analytics and metrics to develop solutions to enhance the performance of people programs and productivity optimization.
  • Drive a high performance culture that is diverse and inclusive through best practices.
  • Provide support to the team on other HR strategic projects or ad hoc tasks.

 

 

To succeed in this role

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline
  • A minimum 6 years’ relevant HR experience in matrixed/multinational companies, preferably in IT, technology or digital marketing industries
  • A positive team player and able to achieve multi-tasks in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent relationship management skills at all levels
  • Good communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business sense, good numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with Mandarin an advantage
  • HRIS experience in SuccessFactors preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
