Senior Engineer/ Engineer, Indoor Radio Network Engineering

Your Role

• Lead a team to perform Wireless Indoor Network (Mobile & WiFi) E2E solution, planning and site design, solution implementation, contractor supervision, performance acceptance and ongoing site operation & maintenance 
• Lead the team to resolve daily coverage/capacity optimization and complaint handling problems
• Coordinate and liaison with internal and external parties such as contractors for project implementation and operation & maintenance needs
• Define rules and criteria in physical site design and parameters settings
• Develop adaptive and robust planning procedures and guidelines for team members
• Evaluate new radio technology and define deployment strategy
• Perform forecasting and purchasing arrangement for mobile ancillaries and equipment

To succeed in the Role

• Associate Degree / Degree holder in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Telecommunication and with sound knowledge on Mobile and WiFi network design
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies and development on Wireless network design such as GSM, WCDMA, LTE, etc.
• Strong analytical mind and leadership, self motivated and able to work under tight schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
