Senior Device Operations Officer

Your role

• Manage the full logistics cycle including but not limited to stock replenishment, product returns and other discrepancy cases
• Responsible and perform document verification for the Notebook Ownership Program (NOP)
• Handle and proceed departmental orders in a timely manner
• Assist senior teammates on weekly stock allocation and delivery schedule management
• Prepare departmental reports for stock allocation analysis
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

To succeed in this role

• F.5 / DSE graduate or above with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient in using MS Office applications (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint), especially in Excel
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and well-organized
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
