Your role:
- A team leader acting as a mentor in device operations drives performance by coaching, guiding, and supporting team members to resolve technical or procedural issues. The incumbent works under the Device Operations Manager, tracking performance, facilitating training, fostering a positive work environment, and improving operational efficiency.
- Stock replenishment is the strategic process of reordering and restocking products to maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts, and meet sales demand. It involves analyzing sales data to set reorder points and moving goods from storage to retail locations.
- New project engagement facilitates user requirements by defining "what" must be delivered to solve system or operational issues, ensuring stakeholder agreement and project success.
- A Business Unit (BU) Anchor acting as a user representative reviews operation issues by analyzing system enhancements, refining process flows, and validating reporting accuracy to improve efficiency.
To succeed in this role:
- Diploma graduate in Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Process the knowhow of warehouse management and auditing
- Exceptional communication to align operational goals with business strategy
- Self-motivated, committed and able to work independently under pressure
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint), especially in Excel
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
