Senior Data Centre Operator

Your Role

• Provide operational support for data centre services
• Monitor the healthiness on the facilities, network, system, and application
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Support Whitespace management, Data Rack setup and Network cross-connections
• Incident handling and escalation to upper tier
• Responds to incidents, including escalation to relevant second-tier team when required
• Prepare and deliver operational reports in a timely manner
• Ensure SLA achievement and maintain regular communication with clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and service delivery

To Succeed in the Role

• Form 5 / DSE graduate, diploma holder or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Experience in data centre operations, NOC operations, or the telecommunications industry is preferred
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on a 24x7 shift roster and support emergency operational requirements as needed
• Fresh graduates are welcome
