Senior Customer Services Officer

We are currently seeking a high-caliber talent to join our support team as a Senior Customer Services Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound / outbound customers’ enquiries, resolving 100% of client issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Work with sales team on potential business opportunities through inbound or outbound customer
  • Handle product enquires and enrollment from Online to Offline (O2O) platform
  • Handle after-sales services for clients such as confirmation call, service call and cross-selling of another product during the service call
  • Maintain good relationship with clients and assist in sales deal processing and follow-up
  • Support service to Sales Channel and work closely with face to face (F2F) Team
  • Work on the marketing promotion to conduct service to sales to generate profits
  • Assist to execute ad-hoc staff engagement projects when required; e.g.  post sales call and retention program
  • Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Work Hours & Location:

  • Shift duty from Monday to Saturday (09:00am – 8:00pm); Off on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • 5 days and 40 hours per week
  • Mei Foo (near MTR station)

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / DSE graduate or above with at least 2 years’ experience in insurance customer service
  • Passed IIQE I, II & III is a must
  • Knowledge in CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Customer service-oriented, a good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibilities
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
