Senior Customer Service Executive


Internal Job Description

You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via multiple platforms including but not limited to telephone, emails, live chat and video in a tactful and timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:


• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Handle customers’ enquiries via telephone and emails
• No sales is required
• Perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays
• 5-day work per week

 

Requirements: 


• Diploma or above
• 1 years’ work experience in customer service sector

• Work experience in banking or financial institutions field will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• English and Chinese word processing
• Working Location: Meifoo
• Immediate available will be an advantage
