Senior Accountant

Your role:

·   Develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures for the newly launched product under the digital venture (Mox Bank)

·   Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management, including identifying trends, risk and opportunities

·   Monitor business performance and support Business Unit to drive business performance, strategic initiatives and meet annual targets.

·   Manage financial accounting activities, including month-end closing, journal posting, internal recharging and monthly reporting

·   Comply with appropriate business processes and accounting best practices to maintain and strengthen controls

To success in this role:

·   Qualified Accountant with Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

·   8+ years related experience; e-Commerce/ retail/ loyalty reward program experience preferred but not a must

·   Analytical, detail-oriented, independent, committed, with good business acumen

·   Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders

·   Strong leadership and team management skills

·   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Oracle/ Hyperion/AI experience is a plus

·   Fluency in English and Chinese
