Your role

• Handle customer's telephone inquiries and requests in a tactful and timely manner

• Perform consultative and proactive selling of company products & services

• Establish good customer relationship by offering one-stop-shop service

Working location

• Lai Chi Kok (nearby Mei Foo MTR Station)

• Shatin (nearby City One Town)

Working hours

• 5-day work week including weekends & public holidays

• 42.5 hours per week, willing to take up shift duties

To succeed in this role

• F.5 / DSE or above with some sales experience. Experienced Candidate with 2 years of sales experience will be considered as Sales Executive

• Good command in English and Cantonese

• Good telephone manner and service attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
