SME Solution Ambassador

Your new role

  • Proactively promote various fixed line, business broadband and mobility services with business professionals to achieve sales target assigned in meeting with customers’ commercial needs

  • Build understanding of customer base, competition, pricing and market variables to drive the business performance

  • Establish excellent relationship with business professionals through calls or face-to-face outdoor meeting and organize related sales presentation

  • Carry out any ad hoc duties as requested


To succeed in this role

  • Post-secondary education or above (Secondary education with some sales or customer service experience will also be considered)

  • Aggressive, responsible, hardworking and strong customer-service mindset

  • Result driven, willing to develop his/her career in IT&T industry

  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

  • Candidate with insurance sales, retail sales or any B2B sales background would be an advantage
