Relationship Account Manager, HKT Premier

Your role

  • Promote and provide one-stop shop quadplay products and services to HKT’s Premier customers
  • Understand customer needs and promote customized home automation solutions to VIP residential projects through face-to-face consultations in Hong Kong, provide the highest level of personalized customer care service to develop and maintain relationship with potential and existing premium customers
  • Liaise with external parties on potential partnership and identify business; Work closely with top tier architects, interior designers, contractors and IT managers and other internal & external professions to ensure project completion
  • Project management in project schedule, cost, cash flow and profitability

 

To succeed in this role

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 5 years related business development experience in consultancies, design & building firms, and contractors. Knowledge of design and maintenance of automation control systems is a must.
  • Experience of High-end Home Theatre & Hi-Fi System business is a plus
  • Knowledge of networking is preferable
  • Strong network and contacts in residential projects
  • Positive and customer oriented manner
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
