Quality Assurance Executive

Your role:

  • Review operation audit and QA call items to enhance control at retail shops or call centre on a regular basis
  • Monitor and evaluate sales activities are compliance to pre-defined quality specifications and standards
  • Compile statistical reports and highlight areas for improvement
  • Identify root causes of complaints and recommend solutions to improve operations and control
  • Identify operational deficiency and upkeep control quality
  • Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor


To succeed in this role:

  • Form 5 / HKCEE / HKDSE graduated or above with 1-2 years working experience
  • Good knowledge in sales operation process and product offers
  • Knowledge in retail shops or call centre working systems will be an advantage
  • Analytical skill with good observation
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good in PC skills such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
