Quality Assurance Executive
Your role:
- Review operation audit and QA call items to enhance control at retail shops or call centre on a regular basis
- Monitor and evaluate sales activities are compliance to pre-defined quality specifications and standards
- Compile statistical reports and highlight areas for improvement
- Identify root causes of complaints and recommend solutions to improve operations and control
- Identify operational deficiency and upkeep control quality
- Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
To succeed in this role:
- Form 5 / HKCEE / HKDSE graduated or above with 1-2 years working experience
- Good knowledge in sales operation process and product offers
- Knowledge in retail shops or call centre working systems will be an advantage
- Analytical skill with good observation
- Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Good in PC skills such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
