Property Officer

Your Role

Negotiate the most favourable rate and terms on site lease renewal
Asst in acquiring radio base station sites and repeater sites
Main interface with the relevant parties including site owners, engineers and site technical supervisors for the smooth installation and commissioning of cell sites
Provide Administrative Support to Site Management Team such as In Charge of Daily Internal Document Circulation, Preparing Licence Agreement & Rental Payment & Filing System etc

To Succeed in the Role

2-3 years relevant working experience, preferable in Telecom Industry
DSE graduate or above
Self-motivated, good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience would be considered

Work Location: Hong Kong
