Project Support Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate project activities related to TAS, POS, and payment gateway enhancements.
2. Assist in planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
3. Prepare project documentation and progress reports.
4. Support SIT/UAT scheduling and resource alignment.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
6. Facilitate proactive tasks such as requirement gathering, workflow improvement, and project governance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project coordination.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with the application system preferred.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
6. Availability for on-call support during weekends and public holidays.
