Project Support Executive

Project Executive is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support for the project management team. Project Executive works closely with the Project Management team as well as vendors, partners and numerous PCCW Global functional teams.

 

Project Executive supports the Service Delivery management team with regular reporting and presentations.

 

Your Role:

* Support Project Management team - ordering with internal parties, vendors, service suppliers and partners. Ensure ordering and purchasing processes are completed on time and compliant with customer requirements, including completion of order forms, ordering via vendor service portal, preparing budget request (BR), purchase request (PR), and monitoring progress until acceptance by receiving parties.

* Support Project Management to execute the sales project plan within a defined time, cost and quality. 

* Support Project Management with change requests from customers, internal parties, vendors, service suppliers and partners – raising internal and external paperwork

* Follow the escalation procedure and risk management process to mitigate risk.  To implement the contingency plan agreed with Project Manager and Supervisors.

* To manage system admin processes efficiently relating to invoice settlements to ensure delays are minimised for finance payment

* Coordination with customers for service terminations and manage system admin tasks to ensure billing stop is executed within KPIs

* Management of internal cost item (CI) renewal – coordinating with internal teams (sales, Presale, Finance, etc.) to review expiring CIs followed by managing appropriate system requests/tasks.

* Support Project Management to generate statistic reports, system clerical support, data input and coordinate shipping/courier requests

* Support manual billing function – input billing data, manage monthly billing cycle and manage the billing system tasks.

 

 

To be Succeed:

* University degree or relevant professional qualifications desired

* Experience with telecommunications products and services

* Experience interacting with internal/external customers at all levels

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language to effectively exchange information

* Strong customer services sense and mindset

* Confident, independent and able to work under pressure

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines

* Proactively approaches problem-solving

* Ability to multi-task in a very fluid work environment
