Project Officer

Your Role

• Lead a team to build and manage the telecom network / data center
• Carry out equipment installation and restoration, service provision for voice, broadband, data, mobile and / or network
• Develop guideline, procedures on operation process and workflow
• Assist the superior for trouble shooting, escalation and decision making on emergency situation during network incident handling
• Train up new team members as a capable technical operation / support member

To Succeed in the Role

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines with min. 3 years operation / support experience in voice, broadband, data, mobile and / or cloud network / systems and related network management systems
• Good technical skills and hands-on experience in managing networking devices and deploying network management systems
• Good supervisory, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
