Project Officer

Your Role
- Assist engineers to track project milestones, schedules and deliverables for outdoor radio networks
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities for mobile cell site deployment, upgrades and maintenance
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., RF planning, Operations, Maintenance and transmission) and external stakeholders (e.g., contractors, landlords, government agencies)
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including site acquisition records, permits, progress reports, stock in/out form and risk assessments
- Assist in resolving site-specific issues for site access and permit application

To Succeed in the Role
- Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management or related disciplines
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and eager to collaborate with others 
- Knowledge of mobile network and site deployment processes is an advantage
- Good command of reading, written & spoken in English
