Your Role
- Lead a team of engineering staff to deliver works on time, within budget and meet clients’ expectations
- Supervise contractor performance and manage project processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing)
- Maintain and upkeep the best management practices of project execution and related work activities. Conduct regular review to strive for continuous improvement
- Prepare tender documents and work with procurement team for tendering
- Prepare budget forecast, control costs and manage schedule to achieve targeted profit and minimize project cost
- Report on project progress and financial performance in a timely manner
- Monitor the Safety, Health, and Quality system to ensure all required standards are achieved
To Succeed to the Role
- A recognized University Degree / Higher Dipolma in Electronic, Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience
- Solid IT project management experience with a proven track record in infrastructure projects. Experience in Telecom Services installation projects is an advantage
- Good project management skill, strong leadership skill, excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven PMO experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge in safety, health, environmental and quality management
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Good business acumen, customer-oriented and performance driven
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower position
- Possession of a valid vehicle class 1/2 driving license is preferable
