Product Marketing Executive

Role Purpose  
Support Data Centre Product Team through cross-team coordination and sales enablement for data centre services, including occasional Mainland China travel (Fluent Mandarin required).
 
Key Responsibilities  
- Coordinate between Data Centre Product Team, engineering, order management, customer service and sales teams  
- Monitor market trends and contribute ideas for improving service propositions and customer engagement  
- Assist senior staff with proposal coordination, gathering inputs from multiple departments  
- Support team in preparing sales materials (presentations, proposals)  
- Track opportunities and provide pipeline updates to stakeholders  
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, data analysis and process automation  
 
Essential Requirements  
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering or related disciplines  
- Fresh graduates considered with strong calibre; or 2–3 years B2B coordination/sales support experience  
- Fluent Mandarin + excellent English/Cantonese communication  
- Experience using AI tools for work efficiency  
- Strong coordination skills across multiple departments  
- Detail-oriented, good at managing deadlines  
- Telecom/data centre experience preferred
