Product Manager

Your role:

 

  • Act as Product Owner to guide and support business users, evaluate requirements, and provide efficient and effective digital solutions that align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end product development, including concept initiation, requirements collection, documentation, development, UAT, and post-implementation review — collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Ability to thoroughly communicate with both Business and Technical teams in translating business requirements into functional and actionable digital solutions.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and risks, maintaining a balance between business value and technical feasibility.
  • Participate actively in the full product lifecycle, including user research, needs assessment, conceptual validation, UX/UI design, usability testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Prioritize product requirements and own the product backlog, coordinating pilots, product launches, stakeholder communication, and training to ensure smooth adoption and successful delivery.
  • Define, maintain, and prioritize platform and development roadmaps in alignment with business priorities, project goals, and delivery timelines.
  • To master Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEM, Adobe Target, in order to manage digital content efficiently.
  • Leverage personalization and segmentation capabilities to create tailored user experiences and targeted communications that enhance engagement and conversion across digital platforms.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

 

To succeed in this role:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Product Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management, system development, CMS, or technical support; prior experience in digital product management is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept design, requirements gathering, and backlog management, to UAT, pilot delivery, and product launch.
  • Experience in loyalty program management and/or delivery operations will be a strong advantage.
  • Skilled in using Adobe products and familiar with loyalty platforms and their respective ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Effective team player with strong collaboration and influencing capabilities in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
