Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development:
    • Lead the development and enhancement of managed service offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals.
    • Identify opportunities for new services or improvements to existing services based on customer feedback and market trends.
  2. Customer Needs Collection:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze customer requirements.
    • Translate customer needs into actionable product and service specifications.
  3. Service Solution Design:
    • Develop and propose managed service solutions tailored to customer requirements.
    • Ensure solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
  4. Tender and Bid Management:
    • Actively participate in tender and bid processes, preparing technical and commercial proposals for managed services.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals meet both customer and organizational objectives.
  5. IT Service Management:
    • Apply ITIL principles to ensure efficient service delivery and management.
    • Utilize ITSM tools to monitor, track, and optimize service performance and processes.
  6. Collaboration and Documentation:
    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of managed service solutions.
    • Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including service catalogs, proposals, and operational guidelines.
  7. Knowledge Development:
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in IT service management, ITSM tools, and industry standards.
    • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on managed service offerings.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or business.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, product development, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, etc.).
    • Familiarity with IT deskside, network, and operations support services.
    • Experience in designing and implementing managed service solutions.
    • Knowledge of ITIL principles is essential; ITIL certification is a significant advantage.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset.
    • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering quality service.
