Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Product Development:
- Lead the development and enhancement of managed service offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for new services or improvements to existing services based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Customer Needs Collection:
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze customer requirements.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product and service specifications.
- Service Solution Design:
- Develop and propose managed service solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Ensure solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Tender and Bid Management:
- Actively participate in tender and bid processes, preparing technical and commercial proposals for managed services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals meet both customer and organizational objectives.
- IT Service Management:
- Apply ITIL principles to ensure efficient service delivery and management.
- Utilize ITSM tools to monitor, track, and optimize service performance and processes.
- Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of managed service solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including service catalogs, proposals, and operational guidelines.
- Knowledge Development:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in IT service management, ITSM tools, and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on managed service offerings.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or business.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, product development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, etc.).
- Familiarity with IT deskside, network, and operations support services.
- Experience in designing and implementing managed service solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles is essential; ITIL certification is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
