Product Manager

To assist with business expansion, we are hiring a Product Manager to join the UCS team of HKT Commercial Group. 

You would be:  

• Be responsible of UCS / Cloud Bizapp Services Solutions and drive the product development. Formulate end-to-end service provisioning flow. 

• Manage product life cycle including service/ product planning, service creation, product commercialization through close liaison with business partners and internal stakeholder. 

• Define product value proposition, vision, strategy, and go-to-market strategies that facilitate the selling process with business partners and internal stakeholders. 

• Conduct market research, set up customer feedback mechanism and review service operation flow for continuous enhancement of customer experience. 

• Understand the target markets and analyze market data to provide insights for optimization of GTM approach. 

• Regularly obtain latest technologies (e.g. Gen AI) and applications development to enrich UCS solutions portfolios. 

• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

To be successful in this role, you should have:  

• University Degree holder in Business or Information Technology or related discipline. 

• Minimum 6 years’ product development/ management experience. Experience in Biz App development and telecom industry will be an advantage. 

• Solid experience in driving new technologies and solutions is preferable. 

• Strong execution capability and analytical mind, self-motivated and preferred with good business acumen. 

• Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills. 

• Good command in oral and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua. 

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager.
