Portfolio Manager

Job Descriptions

• to assist the development of portfolio strategy including workplace standards and lease management for HKT Group
• to plan, review, manage, report Portfolio Plan for individual BU assigned and to recommend, implement associated portfolio solutions to create value and cost saving for individual BU and HKT Group
• to own, lead and manage the implementation of portfolio projects including all end-to-end activities from space planning to prepare layout design, coordinate to explore technical and operation feasibility of portfolio plan, to work with project managers and other working parties to achieve deliverables according to agreed schedule and budget
• to manage & control the inventory record of spaces, capital & operating expenditures of projects
• to prepare annual forecast, reporting and strategic planning
• to work on ad-hoc task/ project from time to time as assigned

Requirement/ Qualifications

• University graduate in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Interior Design or Planning or relevant discipline
• Min. 5-6 years’ experience in workplace/ occupancy planning, facilities management, property management, portfolio management and/or related experience under Corporate Real Estate Service realm
• Project management experience/ professional certification in facilities management with interior design knowledge is an advantage
• Pro-active with good inter-personal skills and be customer oriented, multi-tasking of detail-oriented, possess of problem solving and analyzing skills, responsible and reliable, team communications
• Ability to work independently and also a good team player
• Knowledge on AutoCAD drawing, AI tools and understanding of P&L
• Good in both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good in Microsoft 365 especially PowerPoint with presentation skill
