Part-time Customer Service Executive

 

Responsibility

  • Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, payment processing, maintenance, and replenishment
  • Manage meeting room bookings and maintain scheduling accuracy.
  • Share updated staff lists with the COE QA team to support compliance and quality assurance.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Send notifications regarding sick leave and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including updating the attendance system (ACATS) and assisting with orientation processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Prior experience in administrative or back-office support preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), 2FA Authenticator, and related applications
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Independent, proactive, detail-minded, able to meet deadlines

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday

  • 2 days per week (16 hours total)
