Network Solution Officer

Your Role

• Assist Area Manager for the coordination of outside plant network provision & implementation works in a timely and quality manner to meet internal and external customer requirements
• Interface with other Engineering teams on project matters
• Provide support to the team regarding workflow, data/inventory analysis and other logistic support
• Provide updated guidelines to regional outside plant teams if required
• Participate in special projects and prepare proposals or reports as assigned
• Certify the completion report on the correctness of work done by contractors when assigned
• Negotiate with external parties to ensure the best interest of Company maintained or liaise with internal working parties to resolve service issues in all aspects
• Ensure that proper work practices are taken and that all staff or contractors follow the relevant procedures documented in Quality Management System

To Succeed in the Role

• DSE or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years’ working experience of outside plant operations, or Holder of Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Building Services / Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 6 years’ working experience of outside plant operations
• Multi-skill and capable to tackle problems of different work natures
• Good knowledge and practices of computer operations
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and project management skills
• Self motivates, outgoing and able to take up challenge
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
