Network Solution Officer

Your role:

• Manage and process marked plant requests submitted via the Electronic Mark Plant Circulation (EMPC) system
• Accurately input and maintain data within the EMPC system to facilitate efficient request handling
• Utilize CAD software to develop detailed mark plant drawings in accordance with project specifications and requirements
• Continuously update and verify information in the EMPC system to ensure data accuracy and currency
• Ensure prompt and effective communication by responding to requests through the EMPC system within established timelines

To succeed in this role:

• Higher Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in the telecommunications or construction industry
• Experience in CAD operations is an advantage
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Competent reading and writing skills in English to effectively manage and interpret various documents
