Network Solution Engineer

Your role: 

• Support the Area Manager in coordinating outside plant network provision works in a timely and quality manner to meet internal and external customer requirements
• Maintain close liaison with inside parties and outside parties about delivery of works such as developer, architect, consultant and government authorities, etc 
• Monitor outside plant contractors’ works and meet customers’ requirements.  Carry out on-site supervision works as required
• Maintain close liaison with outside plant maintenance contractors in plant protection matters
• Study on cable duct network planning and protection associated with government infrastructure projects 
• Compile work progress and statistics
• Collect information and set priority of works
• Assist outside plant planning proposals, cost estimates and quotations as assigned
• Update outside plant systems and records in daily operation

To succeed in this role: 

• DSE or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ work experience of outside plant operations, or Higher Diploma holder in Electrical / Electronic / Civil Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years working experience of outside plant operations
• Good knowledge and practices of computer operations 
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and project management skills
• Self- motivated, outgoing and able to take up challenge
• Good command of spoken / written in English and Chinese

• Candidate with less experience will be considered the Senior Network Solution Officer position
