Network Solution Engineer

Your role:

• Lead a team for development, planning & design, provisioning and maintenance of outside plant network meeting Company’s targets
• Coordinate with government parties, utility undertakers and internal parties to fulfill stipulated ordinance requirements of road opening activities
• Prepare and monitor the OPEX and CAPEX budgets of projects to ensure the network is provided in a cost-effective manner
• Provide technical support for complex technical issues in site access acquisition, installation and maintenance implementation
• Advise technical and solution design for broadband project rollout in existing buildings
• Manage the contractors’ performance following the defined working procedures as stipulated in the Quality Management System to meet the predefined targets
• Perform analytics and statistics of the quality objectives
• Undertake special projects as assigned

To succeed in this role:

• Degree holder in Engineering or related discipline with 3 years’ working experiences, or High Cert. with 7 years working experiences in Telecommunications industry
• Capable of fulfilling and negotiating the project requirements with both internal and external parties
• Customer-oriented with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and willing to participate into overseas projects when required
• Innovative and adaptable who is able to meet with Company’s business need
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered the Senior Network Solution Officer position
