Network Solution Engineer

The Job

• To lead a team for planning & design, provisioning and maintenance of telecommunications works especially plants and buildings related works, coordinating all road opening ordinance related issues, provisioning of solution design for products and services rollout, resolving issues relating to building access requirements.
• To manage the team on Project Management and meet Company business goals and targets.
• To interact with government parties, utility undertakers and internal parties to fulfill stipulated ordinance requirements of road opening activities to secure company benefits.
• To provide technical support for complex site issues during site access & acquisition, installation and maintenance implementation.
• To assist Manager in supporting plant related services & activities with team management.
• To support on contractor management to enhance performance and meet predefined targets.
• To monitor and control team members and contractor performance of plants and buildings services, liaise with internal working partners to deliver smooth and effective service support chain.
• To undertake special projects and work overseas when required.
• To facilitate operation improvement actions for enhancing operation efficiency and customer Satisfaction

The Person

• Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 6 years’ working experience, or High Diploma/ Certificate with 6 years’ working experience in respective industries. Special consideration will be given to those without the required qualification.

• Capable of fulfilling and negotiating the project requirements with both internal and external parties
• Customer-oriented, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and willing to participate into overseas project assignments when required
• Strong sense of innovative and adaptability to meet with Company’s business need
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
