Network Security Engineer

Job Description: 

• Provide security operations support and delivery of cybersecurity controls for different systems.
• Participate in the design, implementation and operation of cybersecurity infrastructure
• Perform network security devices or software installation, configuration, and maintaining the security operations such as review IPS/IDS/firewall rules, malware detection, security monitoring, log consolidation system etc.
• Work with vendors and perform the POC testing for security product.
• Review Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) alerts to detect security incidents and conduct investigations if required

Requirements:
 

• Minimum 3 years experiences and practical knowledge on implemented and operated information / cyber security management operations, including anti-virus, vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection/prevention system and SIEM etc.
• Experience in Media or Telco company is preferred
• Knowledge with Information Security Management System (ISMS), PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
• Professional certifications holder would be preferred, such as CCNA Security, CheckPoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA), Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE), CEH, CISSP, CISM, etc.
• Knowledge with configuring firewall and TCP/IP networking, etc.
• Experience with scripting language, such as Python, Linux Shell Script, Power Shell could be an advantage
• Experience with security tools such as Tenable Nessus, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Kali, Nmap, Elasticsearch and Splunk
