Merchandising Assistant, DrGo

About DrGo

The DrGo app connects you with Hong Kong registered doctors, so you can benefit from a telemedicine video consultation. Our on-demand mobile platform enables you to book an appointment and consult a doctor of your choice via a video call. Any medicine and any medical certificate and/or referral letter which the doctor may prescribe or issue to you after the consultation will be delivered directly to your door.

 

Your role

As Merchandizing Assistant of our DrGo team, your major job responsibilities include:

  • Support the Merchandising manager in merchandise management of DrGo Healthstore
  • Coordinate and manage the day to day operations including account & item setup, quotation, sample, order follow up, stock management and etc.
  • Manage and maintain accurate item coding, product info and price information on regular basis
  • Support in preparing sales and inventory reports
  • Execute administration works related to stock deliveries, returns and promotion

 

To succeed in this role

  • Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 2-year experience in e-commerce or merchandising field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cooperative and good team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
