We are seeking a strategic, result-driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager, to lead initiatives that elevate our customer loyalty program through data insights and AI-powered solutions. Job duties:
- Design and execute customer loyalty campaigns, leveraging data analytics and AI tools to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into marketing workflows, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously improve customer experience through process optimization and automation.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs across customer life cycle stages, segments, and product categories to identify business growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Review and refine channel targets to improve business outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on data analytics and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Possesses strong analytical mindset, good presentation and project management skills.
- Proficient in marketing analytical tools (e.g. excel and Tableau), experience with AI or automation platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
