Marketing Manager - Customer Loyalty Management

Job duties: 

  • Design and execute customer loyalty campaigns, leveraging data analytics and AI tools to maximize performance. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into marketing workflows, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve customer experience through process optimization and automation.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs across customer life cycle stages, segments, and product categories to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Review and refine channel targets to improve business outcomes and ROI.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on data analytics and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possesses strong analytical mindset, good presentation and project management skills.
  • Proficient in marketing analytical tools (e.g. excel and Tableau), experience with AI or automation platforms is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
