Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
· Formulate CVM strategy to improve customer loyalty and grow in-base revenue for mobile business
· Carry out segmentation and program performance analysis
· Develop 360 communication plan for various marketing programs
· Groom digital channels to drive up self-served transactions
· Work closely with internal parties to design the end-to-end program logistics
Requirements:
· University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
· 10 years working experience in marketing of telecommunications, banking or insurance
· Strong understanding of consumer behavior, customer segmentation, target marketing
· Possess strong ownership, creativity and logical thinking
· Excellent command of written English and Chinese, Microsoft Excel & Power Point
· Knowledge of Tableau, GA is a plus
· Good team player and team leader
· Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager
