Marketing Manager
Your Role:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and monitoring and reporting on campaign performance metrics to optimise future initiatives
- Identify and capture new business opportunities by researching market trends and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions and support the sales team in lead generation and conversion strategies
- Negotiate pricing strategies and collaboration terms to maximise profitability while coordinating joint marketing initiatives and promotional activities with partners
- Analyse, review and monitor the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements related to home solutions projects
To succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development roles
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with P&L management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the smart home or technology sector will be an advantage
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
