Marketing Manager
Your role:
- Launch new products and marketing programs with strategic marketing plans that align with the overall brand identity to acquire new customers
- Create services and experiences that bring value to customers
- Develop 360 integrated communication plans
- Organize various events and exhibitions to engage potential customers of specific segments
- Analyze the results and performance of marketing campaigns
- Study existing customer behavior and preferences as well as market intelligence for program planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to design and deliver marketing program logistics
- Prepare financial analyses of new marketing offers
To succeed in this role:
- University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- 8 years working experience in marketing of telecommunications / banking / insurance / eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, target marketing, social media, digital advertising, UX/UI design
- Possess strong ownership, creativity and logical thinking
- Good command of written English and Chinese, Generative AI, Microsoft Excel & Power Point
- Knowledge of Tableau, GA is a plus
- Good team player
