Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive/ (Operations & Project Support Specialist)  (One-year contract)

 

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Operations & Project Support Specialist to ensure smooth business operations during an exciting period of system transition and upcoming automation enhancements.

Job Responsibilities

Operations Support

  • Execute and manage daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy and continuity of service
  • Identify and escalate workflow issues, control gaps, and potential risks
  • Support troubleshooting and issue investigation during system or process transitions

Process & System Documentation

  • Prepare clear and comprehensive process, system, and workflow documentation
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to map current operating procedures and support future system enhancements or automation initiatives

Project & Workflow Coordination

  • Support coordination across project teams and assist in monitoring progress of key initiatives
  • Contribute to workflow activities related to digital solutions, including task tracking and stakeholder alignment
  • Provide administrative support such as project reporting, scheduling, and documentation control

Cross‑Team Issue Resolution

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational or system-related issues
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on cross-functional tasks and maintain clear communication until resolution

Program & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate documentation and submission requirements for internal or external programs
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance with program guidelines
  • Track program progress and prepare necessary compliance, reporting, or audit materials

 

Role Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in operations, administration, project support, or similar roles
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related fields preferred
  • Strong command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast‑changing environments
  • Experience with CRM systems or digital transformation projects is a plus
