Marketing Executive
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive individual to support the day‑to‑day operational workflows of our broadband, fixed line, and TV service businesses. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of offer code setup, operational processes, and business flow reviews to support campaign launches and ongoing service promotions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with systems and processes, and able to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Product, IT, Sales, and Customer Service.
Your role:
1. Offer Code Setup & Management
• Execute day-to-day offer code setup for broadband, fixed line, and TV products.
• Validate offers configuration in systems to ensure accuracy prior to launch.
• Maintain updated records of offer codes, eligibility rules, pricing structures, and product bundles.
2. Business Flow & Operational Review
• Conduct end-to-end business flow reviews to ensure smooth customer journey across ordering, activation, billing, and servicing touchpoints.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in system flow and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new offers, system enhancements, and marketing campaign implementations.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT, Sales, CS and FIN teams to ensure operational readiness for new offers and campaigns.
• Provide timely support and clarification on offer rules, system behaviour, and business logic.
4. Quality Control & Reporting
• Perform routine audits to ensure offer setup accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
• Prepare and update documentation on workflow processes, offer logic, and system guidelines.
• Support reporting needs related to offer performance or system issues.
5. Ad Hoc Responsibilities
• Perform ad hoc projects as required to support business needs, operational improvements, or departmental initiatives.
To succeed in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 1 year of solid working experience (telecom industry experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of operational processes and ability to work effectively in a highly competitive, fast‑paced environment under pressure.
• Responsible, proactive, and diligent, with strong attention to detail, logical reasoning, and the ability to take initiative.
• Independent and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment, with flexibility to adapt to change.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• A good team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under tight timelines with high accuracy and quality.
