Marketing Assistant

JD of Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and result driven staff to join our marketing team.  He/she will be responsible for assisting in planning and implementation of marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth for existing customer base.

Job duties: 

• Monitor competition and industry trend
• Manage regular customer survey programs, review customer feedback for improvement initiatives
• Support customer loyalty marketing program implementation
• Review business performance reports and identify areas for improvement
• Work with the internal parties to improve operation efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 1 year of marketing experience in telecommunications/ ICT industry preferable, but fresh graduates will also be considered
• Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to details
• Interested in data analytics
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
