Senior Marketing Manager
To cope with our expansion, we are looking for a high-caliber candidate who has networks and connections in China, focusing on the mainland segment.
Your role:
- Formulate marketing strategies to explore new business opportunities in both Hong Kong and China
- Build a mainland community and create a holistic experience tailored for this segment, including communications, product usage, and customized treatments
- Analyze customer behaviors and needs, develop marketing insights to improve engagement
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for the China and Hong Kong markets
- Prepare marketing and promotional materials, conduct marketing surveys and analysis
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 7 years of working experience, with 3 years of marketing or business management experience in the mainland segment
- A proven track record of establishing and managing business partnerships
- Experience in eCommerce and data analytics will definitely be an advantage
- Strong leadership, project management, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized, innovative, and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Excellent command of written Chinese and English, and fluent in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
