Market Analysis Executive

As a team member of Customer Insight & Analytics Team, you will be responsible for generation of actionable recommendations by synergizing insights from research, customer feedback and customer data to support business growth and enhance customer engagement. This role is suitable for those who are interested in developing his/her career in using fact-based data-driven approach to influence business decisions.
 

Your role

  • Manage market research initiatives from beginning to end using a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including questionnaire design, online survey platform set up, data processing and result reporting
  • Collect and organize data from various sources to facilitate market analysis
  • Manage customer engagement panel to support internal marketing initiatives
  • Manage customer feedback platform to support channel operations in enhancing customer experience
  • Assist in ad hoc analysis and other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Business, Statistics or other related fields
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant market research experience (preferably from agency) or customer data analysis
  • Strong numeric sense, analytical skill
  • Ability to use analysis tools, including SPSS (knowledge in syntax is an advantage) and Access.
  • Knowledge on Python or Tableau is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and willing to take challenge
  • Effective communication in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Computer proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel (Advanced Excel)
