Your Role:

• Lead 4G and 5G radio network optimization and develop detailed optimization plans
• Handle VVIP and VIP complaint cases promptly and effectively
• Conduct field site audits, on-site optimization, and RF signaling troubleshooting
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including field test contractors, vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

To Succeed in the Role:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related disciplines
• Preferably 6-8 years of experience in mobile cell site related work
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Visio
• Knowledge of databases, Python, and SQL is an advantage
• Strong understanding of wireless networks
• Solid experience in mobile site fieldwork
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proactive and outgoing
