Manager

Your role:

• Monitor and control Broadband and Voice services installation and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with various regional outside plant teams and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of project targets and deliverables
• Manage contractor performance by setting quality guidelines and monitoring mechanisms to facilitate continuous improvement in Field Services
• Assist Management in supporting field services operation activities and team management
• Carry out on-site supervision works for contractors
• Perform analysis and statistics on quality objectives, managing contractors according to the Quality Management System
• Develop, review, and refine processes, procedures, and techniques to improve service quality
• Provide field operation logistics support strategies
• Identify potential needs in operational and responsible for driving its development and implementation
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

To succeed in this role:

• Tertiary education qualifications with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field

• Strong management skills with solid contractor management abilities
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong sense of innovation and adaptability to meet the company’s business needs

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
