Manager
Your role
· Plan, manage and control annual financial and budget planning and forecasting, as well as target setting for sales channels
· Monitor and keep track of channel performance and conduct regular review on sales effectiveness and productivity analysis with recommendations for sales improvement
· Lead a team to prepare regular financial, sales activities and segment reports with detailed information for performance management
· Participate in sales commission scheme implementation, effectiveness review and handle related queries
· Work closely with internal parties to review operational efficiency and initiate process improvement and controls
To succeed in this role
· Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
· A minimum of 4 years relevant working experience Telecommunications industry, preferable in Mobile field
· Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
· Proficient experience in using PC software such as SQL, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
· General accounting knowledge is essential
· Team player with strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
· Self-motivated, independent with strong organization and time management skills, able to work under pressure
· Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
