Manager / Assistant Property Manager (Leasing)

Your Role

• Supporting Manager to analyze data in Property Market for the new IRS Acquisition strategy and monitor daily workflow serving for ISO audit compliance purposes
• To control and monitor the project cost & revenue and handle all agreement & billing
• Negotiate the lease terms with Radio Base Station landlords for licence renewal
• Handle all administration works including site agreement and operator’s participation
• Coordinate for Radio Base Station modification application
• Coordinate landlord queries/complaint cases to internal counterparts for handling 

To Succeed in the Role

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree holder in Business, Management, Telecom or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' experience in Lease / Property Management and experience in Telecom field is an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
