Manager, Product and Partnership Management
Your role
· Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with B-2-B/ B-2-C clients.
· Assist in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives
· Conduct partnership research, joint promotion initiatives, and performance analyses
· Create partnership proposals, presentations, and reports
· Participate in meetings with partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
· Prepare timely and accurate performance tracking, reporting, budgeting, and channel insights.
· Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements and performance metrics
· Perform ad-hoc assignments designated by management
To succced in this role
· Minimum 3 year of work experience or more in sales, business development, marketing
· Experience in consumer-driven, retail businesses, ideally experience in merchant partnership liaison and management; Exposure to B2B and B2C product / projects; Analytical with basic commercial sense
· Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree
· Good network of established merchants in retail is an advantage.
· Strong presentation and sales skills; Good in problem solving and analytical skills
· Self-motivated, customer-focused, result-oriented
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive measurable results.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
