Manager, Partnership and Business Development

Your role:

  • Develop and execute effective partnership marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Develop partnerships and initiatives to achieve business targets for revenue and EBITDA.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing partnerships.
  • Explore GBA partnership opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities to bring value to the company’s ecosystem and business through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative marketing campaigns that leverage partner assets.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnership marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics.

             

To succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 8 years of solid work experience in Digital Marketing, Media Sales, Advertising, or Business Development.
  • Connections and experience with GBA companies is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
