Manager, Partnership and Business Development
Your role:
- Develop and execute effective partnership marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Develop partnerships and initiatives to achieve business targets for revenue and EBITDA.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing partnerships.
- Explore GBA partnership opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities to bring value to the company’s ecosystem and business through strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative marketing campaigns that leverage partner assets.
- Track and analyze the performance of partnership marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on key metrics.
To succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8 years of solid work experience in Digital Marketing, Media Sales, Advertising, or Business Development.
- Connections and experience with GBA companies is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
